Peter Hyne, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
With a distinguished history of visionary leadership, Peter provides the foresight and strategy that keep Cyence at the vanguard of innovation. Before launching Cyence, Peter held a variety of senior systems management positions in the private sector. He also served as Director of Systems for the Canada/US Free Trade Mission and for the Auditor General of Canada. |

Greg McIntosh, President & Chief Financial Officer
Greg manages the day-to-day operations of Cyence, from finance and project management to sales, marketing, and human resources. With Greg’s leadership, the company achieved the distinction of finalist in Canada’s Top 100 Employers, the best-selling guide to the Canadian workplace. Greg’s leadership has also been recognized by the Equipment Leasing Association; the organization recently accepted him into its Future Leasing Leaders Network. Before joining Cyence, Greg served as a Vice President for Investment Banking at the CIT Group in Toronto, and also as a Senior Accountant with KPMG in Toronto. |

Wes Dean, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Security Officer
Responsible for the overall success of Cyence's international operations is Wes Dean. Wes is focused on directing our company's product development operations, networking services, state of the art ASP hosting centers, technical support and consulting services in the United States, Canada and beyond North American borders. He is also the company’s Chief Security Officer and is responsible for all aspects of security throughout the enterprise as well as maintaining SAS70 certification of company operations. He’s a proven senior executive with over 25 years of experience providing executive leadership and strategic vision in operations, sales and marketing, finance, network operations, consulting services and software development across a diverse range of industries. Prior to joining Cyence, Wes served as Executive Vice President of Software Operations for S1 Corporation, founder and CEO for Signature Technology Solutions, and Chief Operating Officer for Capital Stream. |

Hollinsworth Auguste
Chief Technology Officer, EVP Commercial Finance
As CTO, Hollinsworth is responsible for all Cyence's technology, strategy and direction. Before joining Cyence, he served as President of Vizier Group, a B2B e-commerce firm specializing in general leasing and automated credit systems in North America and Asia Pac. Holl has served also as a consultant and lead technical architect for a variety of private-sector firms. |
