Our staff of Project Managers, Product Specialists, Team Leaders, and Customer Support Representatives provides a high level of technical assistance to our customers. Our support team handles questions on the use, configuration, and functionality of our products. In addition, these teams can help to identify software issues, develop creative solutions, and document enhancement requests for consideration in future product releases.
Cyence has been providing hands-on training to Financial Services clients and their vendors since 1996. While training methods have changed to reflect both the increasing sophistication of web application software and the increase in user familiarity with all things web-related, much of Cyence's early approach to training still applies today.
Transitioning from manual to electronic business processing poses challenges for even the most efficient organizations. Having launched its first web application in 1997, Cyence's Training and Implementation Group still moves freely between consulting with automotive dealers on PC hardware, and ISP selection to managing the release of new, enterprise-wide, web-based product delivery systems from UAT through full deployment.
Cyence's T&I Group has facilitated training on behalf of Financial Services Institutions for several thousand dealer/vendors from North America to the Pacific Rim. Training is provided on a comprehensive basis, with tutorial-style sessions available for internal users by department or work group. Alternatively, a client may prefer that Cyence train-the-trainer, thereby enabling client resources to provide internal or outbound training in multiple languages to colleagues or vendors. |
